Submit Business Proposal

Business proposals are accepted online for the GSC control distressed debt and European mezzanine businesses. GSC seeks investment opportunities in companies that are fundamentally sound, able to generate stable and predictable cash flows; as well as, a number of other criteria.

Investment criteria for the Equity and Distressed Investing business are:

• middle market manufacturing and service companies
• companies typically valued between $100 million and $1 billion
• investments up to an aggregate of $50 million

Investment criteria for the Corporate Mezzanine Lending business are:

• middle to large market companies
• companies typically valued in excess of €150 million
• investments between €25 million to €50 million
